K.J.: I have gone over the notes a few times since the workshop. I am able to say no without guilt. Christmas was a good example. What I did was good enough!
My parents ... are so negative and (it) seems to be getting worse. I can only take them in small doses. no no no.
Saying no when I feel it is appropriate is really saying yes to me. This is my turn and I deserve it.
G.L.: I found the workshop very good in understanding that it is "OK" to say NO. In reviewing the material that you provided, and my notes of the workshop later on, I also realized why I had a hard time saying NO. I have been able to say NO to many more things that I really don't want to do and found out that the consequences were not what I expected. I am still working on a major NO problem. When the timing is right, I have the confidence and know how to prepare myself for the opportunity in a much better way than I would have prior the workshop.
Reviewing the handout material I find is a must to reinforce the memories of that workshop day.
M.M.: I want to thank you for the workshop and your guidance throughout the day on Saturday. Your openness and humble strength was greatly appreciated by myself . I am already finding it easier to speak up a bit more and am sure that it will get easier with more time. I look forward to see you again as well.

Understanding the Face I See
Every day, we look in the mirror and observe our faces. Do we really see the truth of who we are? Do we acknowledge the furrowed brow, the colour of the eyes, the solid or delicate jaw, etc. for the messages they convey? Reading Faces is truly an art-form.
This workshop will acquaint you with the form & structure, as well as an interpretation of each part of the face from an examination of self through front & side views of the face. Bring large photographs to draw lines upon, and leave with a greater understanding of the gift you bring to the world with your unique facial features.
Since acceptance leads to understanding, this greater understanding of self leads to self-acceptance, in addition to the ability to better understand others through the form and structure of their face.
